“I love my manager Dustin, and I love our CEO Earl,” says Stephanie. “Earl is this super genuine person, this just shows and reflects in his company.”
The Nexus leadership team knows that developing the right workplace culture is a matter of activating employees like Stephanie.
“We’re constantly doing a lot of new things,” says Stephanie. “Earl is encouraging us to do and try new things, like Women in Tech or Women in Business.”
