The Nexus IT team is proud to share that we will be supporting South Valley Services’ (SVS) upcoming event, Strike Out Violence. We are providing one of the give away items for this event.
Strike Out Violence

In partnership with Delton Bowling, SVS is putting on the second annual Strike Out Violence. The event will raise funds to support SVS’s many services and operations.
Attendees will enjoy lunch, bowling, laser tag, arcade games, silent auction, and opportunity drawing. In attendance will be local Riverton dignitaries and some of the city’s first responders. We hope you’ll join in too!
South Valley Services’ mission is:
“…to provide safe shelter, advocacy, case management, and prevention services to men, women and children experiencing psychological, physical, emotional, economic or sexual abuse at home.”
In their daily operations, South Valley Services offers a few key services, including:
The Sanctuary
This safe space operates as a shelter for women, men, and children that require an escape from domestic violence and unsafe conditions at home.
Community Resource Centers (CRCs)
These centers offer case management and supportive services.
Prevention & Education
These services and resources promote awareness in the local community about how to recognize and address domestic violence.
24-Hour Helpline
This service offers immediate access to information and connection to SVS services on demand.
