Instructions:
Please follow these instructions carefully. There are four words on each horizontal numbered row. Please number each word on each row in the blanks next to the words with a number from 1 to 4. Put a number "1" in the blank next to the word on the row that is MOST like you. Put the number "2" next to the word on the same row that is your second most dominant trait of the coices. A number "3" next to the word that is your third most dominant trait of the choices. Put the number "4" next to the word on the same row that is LEAST like you. Do the same for all rows. As in the example below, you may only use ONE "1" per row, ONE "2" per row, ONE "3" per row, and ONE "4" per row. Please leave nothing blank. Once you have assigned numbers to all 10 rows total the points for each column and write the total in the spaces provided below.
