Earl Foote is Nexus IT’s CEO, having started the company in 1998. His favorite thing about being part of the Nexus IT team is interacting with and serving clients, and dreaming up and providing reliable, progressive, business-changing IT solutions to each of them. Working with our team and assisting them in furthering their careers, knowledge, and self and giving back to the community are very important to Earl. As both technology and Nexus IT are huge parts of his life, the one electronic device he could never live without is his smartphone. It’s what lets him stay connected and available 24/7/365.
In his spare time, Earl enjoys spending time with his boys, listening to and playing music, hiking, backpacking, biking, and skiing, and is a soccer fanatic. If he had to listen to the same song forever, he would choose Release by Pearl Jam, and if he could have any superpower he wanted, he’d chose the power of flight. The ability to visit new and interesting places and enjoy the world from a higher vantage point would be exciting.
If Earl could travel anywhere in the world, he would want to spend 3 or 4 months traveling all of Europe by train, taking in as many sights as he could. Earl loves sea food, especially crab, shrimp, and sea bass. As a child, he wanted to grow up to be a cowboy, and the fictional character he relates to best is Inspector Gadget.
